About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for helping others. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied
  • Supporting optometrists with various tasks, including booking appointments and pre-screening patients
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000-£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
