Job Title: Luxury Travel Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Manager to join our team at Gecko Travel Recruitment LTD. As a Luxury Travel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our high-end retail office based in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the retail office
  • Motivate your sales team and provide support and suggestions when required to help them maximise sales
  • Assist with developing local marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive sales and build relationships
  • Take control of the company social media channels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sales role within the travel industry
  • Excellent all-round understanding of the sales and commercial aspects of booking holidays
  • A strong track record of delivering sales results and working to sales targets
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and develop a sales team
  • Passion for delivering outstanding personal service and willing to go the extra mile for our clients
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
