We are seeking an experienced, Luxury Tailor Made Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person to establish their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Using your expertise and destination knowledge to recommend bespoke travel solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Booking all aspects of travel, including flights, private charters, hotels, car hire, and more.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as invoices, is sent to the client and payment is collected.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury travel reservations.
  • Excellent destination knowledge and a passion for travel.
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
  • Effective sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Administrative skills and attention to detail.

The Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience, up to £40,000.
  • Monday to Friday, on-site.
