As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to drive your local strategy, marketing tactics, and hours - directly impacting your earnings. We'll provide you with the support you need to succeed, including marketing resources and a customer-centric approach. You'll be responsible for running your own local advertising, with our marketing professionals on-hand for guidance.
Requirements
- We're seeking a seasoned estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine is essential.
- You'll need to align with the Nested brand and adopt a customer-centric approach.
- Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not required. We'll provide support to help you build your brand and engage with your community.
- You'll have access to a market-leading customer app designed to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and streamline communication with clients.
