Job Summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking an experienced Merchandising and Sourcing Specialist to manage the critical path of products from initial buy to warehouse setup. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain accurate reporting documents and forecasts to support business decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Product Critical Path Management: Manage the flow of products through the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate reporting documents and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements

  • Retail Experience: While not essential, retail experience would be beneficial in this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and planning skills are necessary for effective interaction with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and reporting.
