Job Overview

We are assisting a client with a Senior IFA Administrator with strong technical knowledge who is keen to lead and develop a medium-sized technical administration team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful independent Financial Services firm, based from their renovated office.

The opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join a National Financial Services Practice who provides a personal, independent, and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients.

A reputable wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join the support team. This role is integral to providing excellent support for the financial advisors and ensuring that client administration and servicing are conducted efficiently.

A boutique, and well-renowned independent financial planning practice is looking for a Technical IFA Administrator to be part of a succession team. This would suit an experienced IFA Administrator, ideally someone who has made a start with the R0 Financial.

A well-established Independent Financial Advisory firm in the West End has opened up a brand new position within the team.

Job title: IFA Administrator. Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience (all levels considered – entry – mid – senior). Location: Bristol. Responsibilities include achieving role-specific business targets and deadlines, while being adaptable to differing pressures and timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing administrative support to the financial advisors and ensuring that client administration and servicing are conducted efficiently.
  2. Leading and developing a medium-sized technical administration team.
  3. Assisting with the development of a succession team.
  4. Providing excellent support for the financial advisors.
  5. Ensuring that client administration and servicing are conducted efficiently.
  6. Adapting to differing pressures and timescales.
Requirements

Strong technical knowledge and experience in financial planning administration.

Ability to lead and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience in financial services administration.

Knowledge of financial planning software and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
