Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our financial advisors and ensuring that client administration and servicing are conducted efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of financial planning and administration, with experience in a similar role. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including client onboarding, account management, and reporting.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial planning and administration.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and administration.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services firm.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
