Cardiac Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ward Sister to lead our cardiac/endocrine team at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a flexible approach, and a sound understanding of cardiology. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the shift and support junior staff
- Ensure smooth flow through the unit
- Undertake PADR's and manage attendance
- Support the ward manager with audits and action plans
- UK NMC Registration
- Teaching/Accreditation module
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player; Managing people; Teaching
- IT skills; Presentation skills; Sound understanding of clinical supervision
- Experience of working in a cardiac care setting
- In-depth experience of working within a cardiac care setting
- Experience in more than one specialty

Salary: £35,922 to £43,257 per annum pro rata
