About the Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our delivery teams to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You'll work closely with our leadership team to inform, influence, and navigate cross-competency decision-making across all areas of the business. Your expertise will be crucial in championing the development of our operational and delivery performance capabilities to enable us to hit ambitious growth and quality KPIs across a global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent 'delivery' on the leadership team, ensuring seamless collaboration and decision-making across commercial, product, and technical areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, identifying and addressing strategic gaps in our practice.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to delivery teams to help them grow their careers and mature delivery practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure the successful rollout of product capabilities across various markets and clients.
  • Lead the iteration of our operations and customer support processes to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience growing and scaling software delivery teams globally, with a strong track record of building, managing, and developing high-functioning teams.
  • Effective risk management and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands to ensure the best overall outcome.
  • Experience with Agile or Lean program delivery at scale, across the product lifecycle.
  • A passion for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting a culture of balance between delivery and sustainability.
