We're on a mission to revolutionize the energy industry, and we need a talented Senior Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our delivery strategy and ensuring we deliver outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our delivery teams to achieve ambitious growth and quality KPIs across a global client base. You'll work closely with our product teams to ensure we ship valuable features that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will help us mature our delivery culture, processes, and practices, and you'll be accountable for service delivery across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent 'delivery' on the leadership team, influencing cross-competency decision making across commercial, product, and technical areas.
  • Champion the development of our operational and delivery performance capabilities to drive growth and quality.
  • Identify strategic enablers for the success of our delivery practice globally, researching, trialling, and building the business case for new tools and processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our delivery teams to help them grow their careers and mature delivery practices.
  • Create a healthy global community of delivery managers who share best practices and support each other.
  • Define how delivery interacts with other business areas, such as product, account management, and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure we deliver valuable features for our clients.
  • Evolving the services included in our delivery practice based on feedback and insights from global markets.
  • Be hands-on, getting stuck in to project delivery when needed.
  • Lead the iteration of our operations and customer support processes to deliver excellent service to our clients.
  • Develop the strategy for helping our clients gain the best outcomes from our products once they've been delivered.
What We're Looking For
  • Buckets of experience growing and scaling software delivery teams globally, in a product-oriented environment.
  • Effective risk management and negotiation skills to balance competing demands and ensure the best overall outcome.
  • A proven track record of building, managing, and developing high-functioning teams.
  • Experience of Agile or Lean program delivery at scale, across the product lifecycle.
  • We're ideally looking for someone who sees the value in flexible working and face-to-face interactions in our offices in Manchester and/or London.
