The Application Support Analyst role at Equisoft is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Equisoft's software products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Business Analyst, and Development, to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Assist with the formal testing of new client configurations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to service.
- Monitor and manage service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing technical support for complex applications, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry context.
- Strong knowledge of web-based applications, including their architecture, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Experience with MS SQL server queries and database management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
