We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our thriving business in Surrey. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the prompt financial completion of projects throughout the South of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in the groundwork and civil engineering industry, with a strong understanding of contractual requirements and cost management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing commercial support for groundworks and civil engineering projects
  • Understanding contractual requirements and managing client relationships
  • Cost management and identification of pricing variations
  • Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
  • Risk and opportunity management for project/section of works

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £85,000 and a dynamic work environment that will allow you to grow and develop your skills.
