We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Maintain and monitor project plans, ensuring timely updates and reporting any project changes to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and goals, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Document Control: Manage document control in accordance with site project requirements, including the use of BIM360.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with BIM360 (training will be provided).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues promptly.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project requirements.
