They are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team during this exciting growth phase. Responsibilities:

  • Agile Champion: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Promote a positive team environment where everyone's input is valued.
  • Backlog Manager: Oversee the project backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure continuous progress.
  • Obstacle Eliminator: Identify and address any impediments that slow the team down.
  • Progress Monitor: Track and report on the team's progress toward sprint goals.
  • Risk Manager: Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues. Delivery Driver: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all requirements.
  • Documentation Specialist: Maintain clear and concise project records.
  • Communication Facilitator: Coordinate communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimiser: Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance project execution.
  • Structured Methodology Advocate: Apply a systematic approach to project and program delivery, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
