Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at The Laurels, a leading provider of complex care in the UK. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation care to individuals with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, and other complex neurological conditions.

About the Role:

This is a part-time, permanent position, working 7.5 hours per week. We offer a flexible working arrangement to support candidates with other commitments. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking line management responsibilities for a full-time Assistant Psychologist
  • Completing assessments and clinical formulations of patient problem behaviours and treatment needs
  • Providing and evaluating the effectiveness of evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes
  • Directing and supporting others to carry out evidence-based clinical psychology interventions
  • Maintaining CPD as an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HCPC registration
  • BPS registration
  • Previous experience within a neurorehabilitation setting
