About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our team in the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain excellent standards of nursing care and staff development.
  • Be responsible for the continuing professional development and overall performance of student nurses and unqualified staff on the ward.
  • Carry out all relevant forms of care with provisions of preceptorship/mentorship.
  • Be flexible in the approach to the clinical area and provide cover for any area specified.

Person Specification
  • RN1/ RN2/ RN12 or RN Child Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
