We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team in a state-of-the-art care home in Bedford, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide exceptional nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and other clinical tasks
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and address any concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Excellent clinical skills and experience in a care setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.00 and annual salary of £49,400
