Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team in Bedford, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide hands-on care, including medication administration, wound care, and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Supervise and support care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to maintain a holistic approach to resident care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
