Respiratory Care Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Respiratory Care Coordinator to join our team in Southeast Hampshire, based at Fort Southwick. The successful candidate will provide administration and secretarial support to Specialist Respiratory Services for the care in the community.
Main Duties- To provide administrative support to Specialist Nursing Services (Respiratory) for the care in the community.
- To arrange and coordinate oxygen clinic appointments for Specialist Nurses, including booking rooms and sending out new and follow-up appointments.
- To assist in the support of the virtual ward and the development of this service. Telephone calls and emails will be received each day from patients, GPs, practice staff, community health professionals, and single point of access.
- To maintain administration/secretarial procedures and systems to include IT/electronic data.
