About the Role:

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ground & air source heat pump systems, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of properties for ground and air source heat pump installations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their heating needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in plumbing, heating, and renewable energy systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, with a background in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in plumbing and heating, such as Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including Gas Safe Register (or equivalent) certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot heating systems effectively.
  • A valid full UK driving license.
  • A minimum of 2 years qualified onsite experience.
