About The Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Ulverston, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users while developing your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist service users with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and confidence
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and external agencies
  • Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of service user support plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A clean driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
