Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity in Lancaster.

Location: Lancaster

Contract Type: Locum, 6-month (ongoing) contract

Working Hours: This service operates 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm, with flexible hours available for discussion.

Pay Rate: £26 - £41 per hour (assignment rate)

  • Days: £26 per hour
  • Nights/Saturdays: £34 per hour
  • Sundays/Bank Holidays: £41 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk assessment in the community
  • Care planning and management
  • Shift leadership and gatekeeping assessments
  • Caseload management and MDT meeting attendance
  • Capacity assessments and medication administration
  • Monitoring mental and physical health
  • Carer support and signposting

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Experience in a RITT team or CMHT would be an advantage
