We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at People Solutions Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct stock investigations and system investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues
  • Process damage claims and customer claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize intermediate excel and computer skills to analyze data and report volumes and costings to management
  • Meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Intermediate excel and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good level of English and ability to work in a team or alone
  • Microsoft experience and enthusiasm for learning
