About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and colleagues to the village and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Conducting regular patrols of the village to identify and respond to any security risks or incidents
  • Assisting with emergency situations, including liaising with emergency services and writing incident reports
  • Providing support to colleagues and guests, including escorting colleagues with high-value items and responding to guest queries

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and ability to use technology to support security operations
  • Current Full Driver's license and SIA door supervisor badge (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to obtain)
