**Use of Force Instructor**

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Significant experience in training individuals in the use of force techniques. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field.
- ** Certifications**: Hold valid and recognized instructor certifications related to use of force techniques and training methodologies.
- ** Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of use of force policies, techniques, and legal considerations.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs related to the use of force, ensuring that training is in line with the latest guidelines, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of use of force training programs.
- Stay current with developments in use of force techniques, policies, and legal requirements to continuously improve and update training content.
- Collaborate with other law enforcement and security professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
