Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Restore Datashred. As a People Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our managers and colleagues by providing expert HR advice and guidance.

About the Role

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, and you will be responsible for leading and managing Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution. You will also provide coaching and HR advice to managers on performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Lead and manage Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • HR Advice: Provide coaching and HR advice to managers on performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.
  • Absence Management: Support absence management, including long-term sickness cases, with Occupational Health as needed.
  • People Management Information: Deliver accurate people management information (MI) to support business decisions.
  • Organisational Restructuring: Advise on organisational restructuring and redundancy processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with People Services to enhance colleague experience and manage cyclical activities.
  • Projects: Undertake People projects and support cross-functional HR initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a CIPD Level 5 qualification and experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases. You should have strong coaching skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, and high attention to detail.
