Job Title: Senior Studio Manager

Harrison Scott Associates is a highly successful printing company seeking a skilled Senior Studio Manager to oversee the production of high-quality prints. This role involves managing resources, workflow, and quality assurance, as well as overseeing people, equipment, and recruitment of staff and freelancers.

The ideal candidate will be a confident decision maker, taking an accurate and methodological approach to all projects, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. They should also have exemplary management skills, the ability to optimise roles, skills, and procedures, and maximise efficiency and quality of services.

The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage studio resources and workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff and freelancers
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and control
