Job Summary:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect or Technologist to join our senior leadership team and contribute to the continued success of our London studio.
  • As a Senior Architectural Leader, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, overseeing multiple projects, and engaging with clients, contractors, and developers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Directly line manage 4-5 people and provide guidance on project development and execution.

We seek an experienced professional who can bring fresh ideas and contribute to the evolution of our studio culture.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Architect, Technologist, or equivalent, with a background in residential projects.
  • UK-based project experience and knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Familiarity with working across stages 3-5 and technical skills expertise.
  • Previous experience overseeing junior team members and managing small teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Remuneration and Benefits:
  • £67,500 - £77,000 per annum.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Flexible work arrangement, including 2-3 days of remote work per week.
