Pirate Studios, a leader in the music industry, is looking for a skilled London Studio Site Lead to manage daily operations in their London studios.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing equipment, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. As a key member of the Pirate Studios team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily studio operations, manage equipment, and work with contractors and staff to keep things running smoothly.
  • People Management: Lead a team of Site Assistants and cleaners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to thrive.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for artists, staff, and contractors by ensuring all compliance tasks and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a complete mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
