We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Central London Studio Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our design studio in Central London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site contracts, ensuring timely setup and renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor details and interactions.
  • Organize logistics, including shipment and delivery services within the UK and internationally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the design team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of the workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or an equivalent field would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Familiarity with office software applications and technology tools.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
