Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Solicitor to join our team at Themis Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Conduct research and provide expert advice on current employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our employment law practice.
  • Manage a caseload of employment law cases, including employment tribunal advocacy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 5 years PQE in employment law.
  • Extensive experience as an Employment Solicitor.
  • Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in employment tribunal advocacy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
