About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As a key member of our employment law team, you will work closely with our Head of Department to advise clients on employment and HR matters, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate complex employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on employment and HR matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunals
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement employment law strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Contribute to the development of business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in business development and marketing is essential
