The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Director to join our Real Assets Investment Group. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for evaluating real assets markets, identifying investment opportunities, and managing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investment due diligence on investment opportunities, analyzing a manager's organization, investment strategy, performance, terms, current portfolio positions, and other key attributes.
  • Develop the house opinion on investment opportunities in partnership with the team's Asset Class Heads.
  • Source new investment opportunities through existing industry relationships, building new relationships, and identifying creative sourcing channels.
  • Present at internal meetings, investment research committee discussions, and marketing presentations.
  • Provide resources to colleagues seeking current information on real assets investment opportunities.
  • Work directly with clients building Real Asset portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrable investment experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to drive project management processes.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Demonstrated interest in real assets investing.
