The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of sections of our projects, working closely with clients, and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement site management plans to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in a construction environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
