Job Title: Travel Specialist

Location: Based between two locations within a 15 mile radius of Chester

Salary: £26,000 Plus Targeted Bonus

The Business Connection Group is seeking a full-time Travel Specialist to work between two exciting offices. As a Travel Specialist, you will be entitled to 21 days holiday per annum (excluding Bank Holidays) which will increase one day per year up to 33 days. You will also qualify for all supplier incentives for personal sales, familiarisation trips, ship visits and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and communicate the company's products and services with confidence and ease.
  • Utilize your knowledge of destinations and products to provide personal recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a passion for travel, going the extra mile for clients and exceeding their expectations.
  • Effective communication skills on the telephone, face to face and Zoom are essential for this role.
  • Drive your own development and knowledge within the business, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively as a supportive team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 09:00 to 17:30 with approximately one Saturday off in four.
