CNC Offline Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Offline Programmer to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a CNC Offline Programmer, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CNC Programming: Develop precise 3 and 5 axis CNC programs using Hypermill software.
  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive supporting documentation from 2D drawings and 3D models.
  • Complex Part Programming: Tackle intricate high-precision components for CNC mills and lathes.
  • Post Processor Resolution: Address any post-processing issues to ensure flawless execution.
  • Shop Floor Collaboration: Work closely with our shop floor team to prove and optimise programs.
  • Manufacturing Methods: Plan efficient manufacturing methods, including jig and fixture design.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap.
  • Estimating Support: Leverage your expertise to assist with cutting time estimates.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide shop floor support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming and technical documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Hypermill software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
