We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team.

This role involves developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental strategies, as well as conducting regular audits and risk assessments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement control measures.
  • Lead and train staff on root cause problem-solving techniques.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in a relevant field or a minimum of a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Demonstrated experience in a health and safety role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels within the organisation.
What We Offer

The company offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, a company car allowance of £9,000 per annum, and a range of benefits including private medical scheme, death in service company pension plan, and cycle to work scheme.
