Role Objective

Collaborating with the Shift Manager, you will ensure that operational services fulfill all contractual obligations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance tasks, including scheduled and unscheduled Aircraft Maintenance, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
  • Certify all servicing and maintenance activities within the scope of approval under the authority of the company Quality Manager.
  • Ensure that all technical personnel under your supervision execute their responsibilities safely and accurately, following relevant documentation.
  • Manage documentation for aircraft under your oversight, ensuring timely and accurate certification entries.
  • Engage in discussions regarding technical matters and upcoming scheduled inputs with Maintrol.
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements at all times.
  • Promote a culture of open reporting and staff encouragement.
  • Exhibit motivation and leadership skills to foster a corporate safety culture.

Candidate Profile

Essential qualifications and experience required:

  • Proven experience with commercial or military aircraft.
  • B1 or B2 UK CAA Licence.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Successful completion of a CP2 Colour Vision Test.
  • One or more Type Ratings (preferably Airbus) on EASA Licence or Military Equivalent.
  • Experience in a Base Maintenance environment.
