Immerse yourself in the world of luxury kitchen design as a Showroom Manager for Tom Howley. Your role will be to guide discerning clients on a journey from initial enquiry to choosing the perfect kitchen, working closely with industry-leading designers and craftsmen. As a key member of the Tom Howley team, you will be responsible for demonstrating our stunning kitchen products, answering client questions, and supporting designers with client presentations and paperwork. You will also report to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis, providing valuable insights into showroom activity. To achieve this, you will work closely with our marketing team to organise local events and record and measure showroom statistics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be articulate, organised, and well-presented. Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a luxury goods environment, is advantageous. However, it is your enthusiastic attitude, positive approach, and attention to detail that will make you stand out. Our showrooms must always be immaculate, and our clients treated with impeccable manners.
