About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the CRA Group Recruitment and Payroll Ltd. As a key member of the infrastructure department, you will be responsible for managing the design, delivery, and maintenance of highways infrastructure services or projects.

This is a hybrid role that offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves overseeing the detailed design and implementation of projects, providing and managing design, build, and maintenance services, and working with contractors to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum qualification of HNC or HND in Engineering and experience using AutoCAD as a design software. Additionally, you must have experience delivering works and projects in accordance with CDM regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, delivery, and maintenance of highways infrastructure services or projects
  • Oversee the detailed design and implementation of projects
  • Provide and manage design, build, and maintenance services
  • Work with contractors to deliver projects effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
