Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As an HR Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of a new Workday system, focusing on HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement during the Workday implementation.
  • Gather and document business requirements related to HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.
  • Support the configuration and customization of Workday modules to align with business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure it meets specified requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, specifically with HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing or supporting HR system implementation projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
