Job Overview

The Group HR Reporting Lead role at Dechra Pharmaceuticals Limited is a critical position that requires an individual with advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent attention to detail.

This job involves the efficient management, maintenance, and enhancement of Dechra's Global HR Reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Systems Manager to ensure that global HR data is optimized to support Dechra's data strategy.


Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize HR data across numerous Group HR systems, including Oracle Fusion, ADP Celergo, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and translate findings into actionable insights for HR and other business areas.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics capabilities meet business and compliance needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, absenteeism, and diversity.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR processes like payroll, benefits, talent management, and recruitment. They will also have familiarity with HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce analytics, as well as solid understanding of MS Office.


About the Role

This is a full-time position based in the UK, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
