Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth and improvement across the PSM cluster.
- Lead a team of senior leaders and employees to deliver business objectives and ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Strategy, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with business transformation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners and external vendors.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- BA/MA degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- Proven experience in business transformation and change management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
- Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
