Exciting Opportunity at GSK: UK Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our UK DEI agenda at GSK headquarters in central London. This role will involve overseeing the UK DEI strategy, translating business needs into impactful programs, and partnering with key HR stakeholders. You will work with a diverse team to drive DEI initiatives and represent GSK at external bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DEI programs with a project management focus, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support global DEI ambitions, driving cultural transformation and promoting inclusive practices.
  • Partner with DEI groups and oversee Employee Resource Groups, fostering a culture of belonging and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Stay current on internal and external DEI landscape to identify future challenges and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in DEI roles in large, cross-cultural organizations, with a proven track record of driving cultural transformation and promoting inclusive practices.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business, psychology, or sociology.
  • Strong communicator with expertise in DEI, able to translate complex data into meaningful narratives and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and excellence.
