Job Title: UK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our diversity, equity and inclusion agenda and ensuring that our workplace is inclusive and welcoming for all employees.

Job Purpose:

The UK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with senior leaders, HR teams and other stakeholders to identify and address diversity, equity and inclusion gaps and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, HR teams and other stakeholders to identify and address diversity, equity and inclusion gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on diversity, equity and inclusion topics.
  • Monitor and report on diversity, equity and inclusion metrics and progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in diversity, equity and inclusion roles.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
