Early Years Educator

Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Nursery Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work across various nurseries in Cornwall and provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily routines and activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development across the EYFS framework.
- Assist with personal care, including feeding, changing, and toileting.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor and record progress and development, providing feedback to parents and carers.
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a supportive and enriching educational experience for all children.
Requirements:
- A Level Three qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early years education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children.
