At Connells, we're on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic residential sales team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager or an established estate agent looking to take the next step in their career and lead a successful branch to new heights.

About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be working closely with the Branch Manager to drive business growth, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets
  • Optimizing opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivating and developing your team, providing training and support to help them thrive in their careers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving license
