Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful residential sales team in Horsham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role

As a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimizing opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
