We are looking for an experienced finance professional with IT management skills to join Connexa as a Finance and IT Operations Lead. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in leading the finance operations of a leading charitable organisation.

Job Summary: As a Finance and IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will also lead the IT operations, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finance Leadership (80%): Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  2. IT Operations: Lead the IT operations, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports the delivery of our services. Oversee the maintenance of IT systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and secure.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: The position is based in London, with the requirement to work from our office in the city.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in finance leadership and IT operations

Qualifications: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A professional qualification, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is preferred.
