Sja's West is a leading charity that teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death. We are looking for a Community Development Manager to support our District Managers and act as an ambassador for the community.

About the Position

This is a key role that involves supporting the development of our local community and promoting the charity's objectives within the region.

Main Tasks
  1. Support District Managers and act as a liaison between St John Ambulance and the Order of St John locally.
  2. Develop strong relationships with local units, volunteer managers, regional staff, and other Presidents to promote the charity's objectives and work within the local community.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build effective working relationships, and have a passion for promoting the values of St John Ambulance.

We expect the salary for this role to be in line with industry standards, which we estimate to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
